By creating an account or using HomeNostics, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Your content

You retain ownership of all family data, documents, schedules, and other information you enter into HomeNostics. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for personal, family, and household purposes.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and billing

HomeNostics offers a free tier and a paid Plus subscription. Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled per our payment provider's policy.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all your family data, documents, schedules, and other content. This action cannot be undone.

AI-generated content

HomeNostics may generate blog articles and other content using AI. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. Use your judgment and verify important information independently.

Disclaimer of warranties

HomeNostics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALG Innovation Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
